Yesterday, on December 17, the visual novel YouTuber Bosskwar’s channel was taken down for a third time.
Previously, his channel was removed for copyright claims concerning his video series on Smee and NekoNyan’s Making Lovers in 2020 and Smee and NekoNyan’s Sugar*Style in 2021. This time the catalyst was his video series covering an unidentified PurpleSoft title. The copyright holders appear to be Clear Blue Communications Co., Ltd., the parent firm of PurpleSoft.
So its about that time of year again LIKE CLOCKWORK. The channel was once again taken down. Except this time the copyright claims come from a Clear Blue Communications Inc. Basically the parent company of Purple Software and thus their owners.

I'm going to contact everyone I can and see what I can do here. I need some sort of mediary I'm thinking between myself and them and localizers that have worked with them would be greatly needed. @sekaiproject and perhaps even @NekoNyanSoft since they have a purplesoft title too

Seeing this gives me so much fear, anxiety, and stress all the time now. All thanks to the ptsd I've gained from losing my channel over and over again. pic.twitter.com/jrFHWPvzTl

We hope his channel returns soon. Another visual novel YouTuber whose channel was removed is Far2Close; their channel was taken down last February.
