VNTS (Visual Novel Translation Status Updates Series) is published each Saturday and brings the latest updates from VN translation projects — both licensed and by fans — from around the net. If you find any errors, or you think a project is missing from this list, please let us know in the comments.
From The Team: I want to apologize for two weeks of missing VNTS and a plethora of forums issues. Earlier in the summer I moved back down to the Caribbean (the day of the Forums-Apocalypse, no less), and hurricane Irma has been a major issue. I feel very fortunate: not only have I experienced TWO tropical storms (Erika and now Irma), but both times I only narrowly avoided areas of profound destruction.
Life is settling back to normal (I’m back on a major island with settled infrastructure), and it feels good — if weird — to be sitting down to pound out a VNTS post. I hope you guys are doing well. Do me a favor and let me know what you’ve been up to, eh? I’ve missed you guys. – Tay

I’d exclude it from the list already if I were you, herkz often gives a pretty obvious “never” release window on that forum.
Well, I prefer to ignore the project altogether because I didn’t care about Mahoyo in the first place here.
As for Utawarerumono, too bad that I didn’t had PS4 here so obviously I couldn’t experience that but maybe our Decay had something to say in regard of that later. Oh, and by the way Saku Saku release was delayed and I think I’d already rant about that several times in regard of the bad planning from Sekai. Other than that, I think right now I’m concerned in regard both of Eustia and Majokoi, although hopefully they would show some progress in the future.

At least eustia has had steady, though slow progress, theres almost always a few fractions of a precent every week. Trying to follow mahou tsukai after reading the other vns in that universe is what got me into following vn progress i the first place, and that was ages ago, i think like a year before ataraxia came out

Not an exact release date, but Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Vol.4 is now slated for next Winter, and Momoiro Closet (the new title we announced at AX) dual Japanese/English release for Spring 2018. Why there are two translation for lovely x cation ?
There was a little confusion at first when Quof announced he’s translating it but it turns out the two projects are working together. We’ll make sure this is reflected in tomorrow’s update.
