Welcome to Fuwanovel’s newest monthly blog post, the Fuwanovel EVN List! In this particular blog post, we aim to share with our readers a summary of EVNs that were released during the span of the past month. Note that these EVNs might include indie titles from other languages that were made available in English. If you’re a fan of reading English indie titles, then look out for the post every start of the month!
Hi! My name is Kosakyun, one of the blog managers for Fuwanovel’s website. If you recognize my name, chances are you’ve probably encountered the reviews and news articles I sometimes write. In that case, I’d like to thank you for sticking with us! We hope to bring you more cool stuff as we work towards making the blog a lot better. Hope you’re as excited as we are!
Why an EVN List?
One of those cool stuff we thought about was this very article: the monthly Fuwanovel EVN list. To refocus the kind of content we want to do with our writers, we decided to shift from doing every English original release out there as news into collating them together as one big list! There’s just so many English titles being released within a short period of time that we felt it was a bit unrealistic to keep up the pace we were doing it at. So in the interest of everyone’s health (and sanity), we decided to just make a big ‘ol explosive article to cap off each month!
Of course it’s not a bad thing that there are so many English releases. Honestly, i’s probably the opposite—there are so many developers taking interest in the medium that it’s hard to keep up with all of them! It’s pretty cool to see the different kind of stories everyone’s been thinking about, and honestly it’s a shame that people miss out on some of them just because there’s so much buzz in the scene. Our goal with the EVN list, then, is to represent even a bit of that imaginative power by putting it in a format that our usual reader can easily sift through on their free time.
So without further ado, here’s the list of EVN releases for January 2024!

And there you have it! That’s most, if not all, of the EVN releases last month! I personally am intrigued by Mycorrhiza‘s update, Departed Away, and Shard of Chaos, so I’ll probably read them at my own time. The art in ebi-hime’s My Lovey-Dovey Demon looks solid too! God, I wish I had more time to read.
