The benefit of releasing their games on other platforms? Firstly, it’s even more convenient than before, without needing to deal with Johren, DRM or a R18 patch. It’s highly probable the next releases will follow suit.
On Shiravune’s Discord server, the head of Shiravune and localization manager Robert Kleinhenz made a statement on how they were looking to release AQUAPLUS‘ Dungeon Travelers 2 and 2-2 on other platforms.
Later on June 8th 2023, Shiravune made a tweet a day before the release of this game, stating the possibility of releasing their games on other platforms.
Then the miracle happens: Shiravune will be releasing their games on other platforms starting this month August, so let’s celebrate!

JAST USA is a visual novel localizer and publisher focused on bringing bishoujo games including dating sims and eroge to the West. It was founded in 1997 with Tiare‘s Season of the Sakura and JAST‘s Three Sisters’ Story as its first eroge titles.

MangaGamer is a video game and visual novel publisher, as well as a localizer, specializing in the English localization and distribution of Japanese visual novels. It is run by Japanese-based company Japan Animation Contents.
Kagura Games is an American publishing company that specializes in the translation, localization, marketing, and distribution of Japanese video games into English and Chinese. It was born in 2018 and has since become one of the biggest publishers in the industry. They have also localized several RPGs, such as Loretta’s Brand New Job and Succubus Prison.
When it comes to visual novels, their most known releases are Lilipalace, Lilitales, Magic & Slash -Riru’s Sexy Grand Adventure-, and How to Build a Magnificent Kingdom.
