As a human, what do you desire most? Wealth? Power? The ability to impregnate any girl in an entire town because of lowering birth rates? Or maybe even to rule an entire country with an iron fist?
If by chance you answered yes to the second-to-last item on my list, then boy, oh boy do I have the game for you!
Machi Marugoto Ore no Haramase Onaho Harem!, or as it was localized by Cherry Kiss Games, “License to Breed”, is about a man who returns to his hometown only to discover that he’s inherited a rather interesting amount of power through his grandfather’s will—the ability to have sex with any girl in town! Turns out it’s all for the purpose of impregnating as many women as possible in order to attempt to repopulate the region, which has struggled with ever-decreasing birth rates.
License to Breed was originally released in Japanese back in August of 2022 after being developed by Miel. Two of the company’s most prolific artists, Akira Ishii and T-28, were responsible for creating the game’s art.
As for the game itself, it’s very much a nukige. It has five main heroines and a whole plethora of side characters, all of which have their own sex scenes. These erotic encounters each feature some sort of fetish, and the majority of them include watersports of some sort. If that’s not your thing, there’s an option to disable it in the options menu, along with the X-rays included for each creampie.
Apart from that, you’ll find yourself witnessing male milk being eaten out of a dog bowl, naked dogeza, women with nipple piercings, rimming, foot licking, and uh…a hotdog. If you know, you know.
If you’re looking for more beyond the sexual stuff, there’s…not much there. License to Breed features zero CGs outside of its plentiful H-scenes, its regurgitated soundtrack will be familar to those who’ve played other Miel games, and there isn’t even a semblance of character development or a solid plot.
If you’re looking for erotic content, however, the game’s absolutely stuffed to the brim. One of the main selling points of the game is the multitude of heroines included, and Miel put some effort into making them come to life outside of H-scenes by giving the character sprites all limited lip and eye movement.
If you want my personal opinion, I think the game has its moments. At times it’s a top tier nukige, and at other times, it’s worse than other game’s in the genre that Miel made a whole 8 years prior to this.
In summary, if you looking for a game chock-full of sex scenes, then License to Breed is probably the game for you, and if you’re looking for literally anything else, you should probably stay away. Unless, you know, you really want to see the hotdog scene. No judgement, I get it—honestly, everyone should probably see it at least once in their life.
