On this past October 31st, the amateur group WINE translated Dead of the Brain ~Cry of the Dead~ for the PC98 and PCEngine (Turbografx-16). You can download the patch here.
The group has previously translated and ported older titles such as Love Potion and Fatal Relations (also available through The Asenheim Project). They are currently working on both Angel Hearts and EVE: burst error.
You take the role of a young man named Kohl who must survive a nightmarish zombie infestation thanks in no small part to his old friend Doctor Cooger. When facing the zombie enemies a timer will come up and you will have a limited amount of time to figure out how to get rid of them before they get you.
