So this is like the Phantom of Inferno PS3 port except for Kazoku Keikaku. [VNDB.org]
The original game released in 2001 has a 2009 English localization done by JAST which can be had for $22.46 from Rightstuf.com. It’s supposed to be one of the classics, very highly rated on EGS (90 out of 100 from 3291 votes), but not so highly rated on VNDB. Release date for the PS3 version is 22nd August 2013. Cyberfront is one of those mainstay ‘consumer port’ companies alongside Alchemist.
Some Screenshots for Comparison:
^ Looks really good now.

That’s not my Aoba.
Hmm, that is a huge graphical departure from the original. I barely even recognize the characters. Even some of their clothes are different. It’s nice the colors definitely have a higher contrast, but I prefer the art style of the original.
Anyways, yea, I’m one of the VNDB guys who didn’t like the game. I couldn’t bring myself to finish it. It’s like 80% of it is one huge ass common route and only 20% is character specific. Some character endings were great. Others were awful.
You like the original style more?
Are you BLIND!!!
I played that, and I didn’t even finish a route. It was long, way too long D;
and waay too boring
to be honest..huge comparison between PC and PS3. ver. and i more prefer the PC’s more than PS3 version…
I like the original’s art style better. Matsuri just isn’t as cute.
